Shipping policy

Preorder shipping. SYLA Active is currently in its first-drop preorder period. All preorder items ship end of November. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a shipping notification with tracking as soon as your pieces are on their way.

If there's a delay. If we ever expect your order to ship later than the window above, we'll notify you promptly with a revised date, and you may choose to keep your order or cancel it for a full and immediate refund.

Cancellations. You may cancel a preorder at any time before it ships for a full refund. Just reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at contact@sylaactive.com.

Rates. We ship throughout the United States. Standard shipping is $12 within the contiguous 48 states, and free on orders of $120 or more. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories ship at a $25 flat rate.

Address changes. Need to change your shipping address before your order ships? Email us at contact@sylaactive.com with your order number.
